1. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to operate the product:

• Account data — name, work email, company, role, and (optionally) LinkedIn URL you submit through the early-access form.
• Product usage — pages viewed, features used, and basic device metadata for reliability and analytics.
• Content you connect — data pulled from integrations you authorize (e.g. Jira, Zendesk, Slack, Notion) to build your entity graph.

2. How we use it

• To provide, secure, and improve the Konnect.ai platform.
• To communicate about product updates, early-access status, and support.
• To generate the signal-to-narrative outputs you request inside the app.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with subprocessors that power hosting, analytics, email, and model inference. A current subprocessor list is available on request.

4. Retention

We keep account and content data for as long as your workspace is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@konnect.ai.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. We honor verified requests within 30 days.
