Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") supplements the Konnect.ai Terms of Service and applies when Konnect.ai processes personal data on your behalf as a processor.

1. Roles

You act as the controller of personal data you submit or connect. Konnect.ai acts as the processor, handling that data only to provide the service.

2. Scope of processing

• Subject matter: operation of the Konnect.ai platform.
• Duration: the term of your subscription plus any legally required retention.
• Nature and purpose: ingesting, structuring, and generating narratives from signal data.
• Data types: account identifiers, connected content, and product usage.

3. Subprocessors

We use vetted subprocessors for hosting, analytics, email delivery, and model inference. A current list is available on request. We will notify you of material changes and give you an opportunity to object.

4. Security measures

We maintain the technical and organizational measures described on our Security page, including encryption in transit and at rest, workspace-scoped access, and restricted admin access.

5. Data subject requests

We will assist you in responding to requests from data subjects to access, correct, delete, or export their personal data.

6. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred across jurisdictions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
