Security

This page is maintained by Konnect.ai to answer common security questions about the platform. It reflects controls that are currently enabled and is not an independent certification.

Infrastructure

• Hosted on modern cloud infrastructure with automatic backups.
• All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2+.
• Data at rest is encrypted using provider-managed keys.

Access control

• Authentication is handled by our managed auth provider.
• Row-level security scopes data to your workspace.
• Internal admin access is limited to named personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Integrations

You choose which sources to connect. Credentials for third-party integrations (Jira, Zendesk, Slack, etc.) are stored encrypted and are only used to pull the data required to build your entity graph.

Formal certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) are on the roadmap. We will update this page as they are completed.
