These terms govern your use of the Konnect.ai website and platform. By signing up for early access or using the product you agree to them.
1. The service
Konnect.ai unifies internal and external signal into a causal entity graph and generates narrative outputs for product teams. Features may change as the product evolves.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials to your workspace.
- You must be authorized to connect any third-party data source you enable.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Konnect.ai to:
- Violate any law or third-party right.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Ingest data you do not have the right to process.
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the data you connect. Konnect.ai retains ownership of the platform, models, and product experience. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate the service for you.
5. Availability & disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during early access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI-generated narratives, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Konnect.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
